33 Crore Gods or 33 Divine Types?”
Kedi: "On this journey, I had darshan of Lord Vitthal, Goddess Tulja Bhavani, Shivling, Lord Vishnu, and Lord Ganapati—five gods in total. How many gods are there altogether?"
Ganesh: "The Supreme God has 33 forms, which are called the 33 koti devas."
Kedi: "Does 33 koti mean 33 crore gods?"
Ganesh: "No, 33 koti means 33 types. Just as categories are referred to as higher koti or lower koti for classification, similarly, the forms of the Supreme God are referred to as 33 koti instead of 33 types."
The Six Structure of the Supreme God
Kedi: "Are the types of God also classified?"
Ganesh: "Yes, the Supreme God desired to perform various actions, so He divided Himself into 6 categories and 33 types."
Kedi: "What are the 6 categories and 33 types of the Supreme God?"
Ganesh: "1 Purna Parmeshwar (Complete Supreme God), 2 Apurna Parmeshwar (Incomplete Supreme God), 7 Ishvar, 7 Bhagwan, 8 Devta, and 8 Chiranjeevi—these are the 6 categories and 33 types of the Supreme God."
Complete vs Incomplete: The First Divine Split
Kedi: "What is the difference between Purna Parmeshwar and Apurna Parmeshwar?"
Ganesh: "Initially, the Supreme God was in a complete form. Every element of the Supreme God was made up of a total of 9 dimensions: peace, time, space, energy, power, cycle, light, vibration, and matrix. No change can occur in a complete form. The Supreme God wanted to experience various things by bringing change within Himself while also remaining in His original form. Therefore, the Supreme God destroyed the dimension of peace from His center, and at that very moment, the Supreme God divided into two parts: one Complete Supreme God made of 9 dimensions—peace, time, space, energy, power, cycle, light, vibration, and matrix—and one Incomplete Supreme God made of 8 dimensions—time, space, energy, power, cycle, light, vibration, and matrix. The Complete Supreme God is called Adi Ganapati, and the Incomplete Supreme God is called Uchchishta Ganapati."
Kedi: "I heard ding-doing, ding-doing; I didn't understand anything." (Sitting on the beach, I felt an intense craving for bhel.)
The Cosmic Bhel: A Tasty Way to Understand Creation
Ganesh:“Suppose the Supreme God was initially in the form of bhel (a snack mix) that contained 9 ingredients: puffed rice, peanuts, lentils, chillies, onions, tomatoes, turmeric, chutney, coriander, etc. Because the bhel had turmeric of the Peace brand, the Supreme God could not move all His parts together; He could only move one part at a time. The Supreme God desired to jump and bounce around. Without shaking the entire body, jumping and bouncing was not possible. To move freely, it was necessary to remove the turmeric from the bhel. The Supreme Lord did not want to lose His original form by removing turmeric from the entire bhel, so He set a boundary at His center and destroyed the Peace-brand turmeric only within that boundary. As a result, the Supreme Lord's form turned into two types of bhel. The first form, the bhel that still had all 9 ingredients, is Adi Ganapati. The second form, the bhel that had only 8 ingredients without turmeric, is Uchchishta Ganapati.
From One to Two: The Birth of Duality
Kedi: "What is the meaning of Uchchishta Ganapati?"
Ganesh: "When one ingredient is removed from a complete bhel of 9 ingredients, that bhel is called uchchishta bhel. Therefore, by removing the peace element from one form of God Ganapati, that form of the Supreme God became uchchishta."
Kedi: "The Supreme God divided into two parts—Purna Parmeshwar and Apurna Parmeshwar. Then how did Purna Parmeshwar become one type and Apurna Parmeshwar become two types?"
Ganesh: "Since Purna Parmeshwar was complete with 9 dimensions, no change was possible in Him. But because Apurna Parmeshwar had 8 incomplete dimensions, change was possible in Him. The Supreme God had to create the universe, for which a female element was essential. Apurna Parmeshwar Uchchishta Ganapati was only of male nature and could not create the universe alone. Therefore, the Supreme God divided Uchchishta Ganapati into male and female, thus producing Uchchishta Ganapati and Goddess Gauri—two types."
Kedi: "How did the 8 ingredients of the moving bhel get transformed into male ingredients and female ingredients?"
Ganesh: "If I start explaining what chemical reactions happened in that process, you will ask about every new word, and detailing everything would take 2 years. What do you want?"
Kedi: "My brain is small; I can't hear so many words at once. Tell me one word at a time."
Ganesh: "That Uchhishta Ganapati in the form of bhel with 8 ingredients and Gauri themselves made themselves into the shape of an egg, which is called Hiranyagarbha. In that egg, there were 8 ingredients, like puffed rice, peanuts, lentils, chili, onion, tomato, chutney, coriander, etc., which were not connected to each other and were bouncing around uncontrollably. To control those ingredients, a male god and a female god were needed, so the supreme god manifested Himself into 3 male gods and 4 female gods."
Nine Ingredients of God's Bhel
Kedi: "What are the 9 dimensions and 8 dimensions?"
Ganesh: "Every object or subject is made from a mixture of many substances. The Supreme God's bhel form is made of 9 substances; those 9 substances themselves are the 9 dimensions."
Kedi: "Was the Supreme God really in the form of Bhel?"
Ganesh: "You are a foodie; you dream of eating all day. That's why I have given the Supreme God the form of bhel for you to understand. The Supreme God has no form, because the Supreme God has no boundary to His external form; the Supreme God is everywhere."
Kedi: "How can an egg be made from bhel?"
Ganesh: "From an egg, a snake and a hen can come out, laddus can be made from puffed rice, and you can't imagine an egg being made from bhel?"
Kedi: "Understood. What is the puffed rice inside the bhel?"
Ganesh: "The Space-brand puffed rice plots—which substance should be in which part of the egg? Providing a fixed plot for a substance is the quality and action of the space dimension."
Kedi: "What is the peanut inside the bhel?"
Ganesh: "The time-brand peanut gives motion to all the substances in the egg. Providing a fixed motion to a substance is the quality and action of the time dimension."
Kedi: "Motion is given by energy; how by time?"
Ganesh: "Time gives fixed motion to every substance; slowing down or increasing that motion is the work of energy. Your walking at a speed of 5 is the motion of time; a dog chasing you and making you run at a speed of 15 is the motion of energy."
Kedi: "You had said that because there was peace-brand turmeric in the bhel, no substance could move. When turmeric was removed from the bhel, all substances started moving. If the time-brand peanut had been removed from the bhel, what would have happened?"
Ganesh: "Because of the peace-brand turmeric in the bhel, only one substance could move at a time, but if the time-brand peanut had been removed from the bhel, not even one substance could move. The time-brand peanut itself gives the motion to all substances to move."
Kedi: "What is the lentil inside the bhel?"
Ganesh: "The vibration-brand lentil provides information about each other to all the substances in the egg. Providing a fixed vibration to a substance is the quality and action of the vibration dimension."
Kedi: "How can vibration give information?"
Ganesh: "Whatever sound you hear, vibration does the work of carrying that sound from one place to another; vibration does the work of carrying internet and signal in your mobile. Without you doing anything, vibration makes your heart and lungs beat. You breathe in and out without doing anything; all that happens because of vibration. You hear one word and jump into memories connected to it; all that happens because of vibration."
Kedi: "What is the chili inside the bhel?"
Ganesh: "The power-brand chili provides a gravitational power to all the substances in the egg. Providing a fixed pressure and buoyancy to a substance is the quality and action of the power dimension."
Kedi: "What do 'pressure' (pull) and 'buoyancy' (push) mean?"
Ganesh: "Because of the power dimension, any substance gets its weight. Because of the power dimension, some substances are large in size, some are small, yet there is a contradiction in their weight. When two different substances are kept together, either they join and become one, or they move away from each other; all this happens because of the two qualities of pressure and buoyancy in the power dimension."
Kedi: "What is the onion inside the bhel?"
Ganesh: "The energy-brand onion provides the energy for all the substances in the egg to move fast, stop, and change direction. Providing a fixed potential and kinetic energy to a substance is the quality and action of the energy dimension."
Kedi: "What is the tomato inside the bhel?"
Ganesh: "The cycle-brand tomato provides a fixed track for all the substances in the egg to move and rotate. Providing a fixed track to a substance is the quality and action of the cycle dimension."
Kedi: "What is a track?"
Ganesh: "All the celestial bodies in the universe are rotating on their own invisible track. Whatever path all humans are walking on in their life, that is their track. Your travelling on a bike is also a part of your life's track."
Kedi: "What is the chutney inside the bhel?"
Ganesh: "The Matrix-brand chutney provides a fixed color, form, smell, taste, and touch to all the substances in the egg. Providing a fixed appearance to a substance is the quality and action of the matrix dimension."
Kedi: "What is the form of the matrix?"
Ganesh: "The spicy taste in vada pav is because of the matrix. You like spicy, but someone likes sweet; that is also because of the matrix. There is a glitch in you; someone is complete. That is also because of the matrix."
Kedi: "What is the coriander inside the bhel?"
Ganesh: "The light-brand coriander provides a fixed-color light to all the substances in the egg. Providing light of 9 colors, like black, red, orange, yellow, green, sky blue, blue, purple, and white, etc., to a substance is the quality and action of the light dimension."
Kedi: "Is there a light of black color too?"
Ganesh: "There is darkness in the sky not because the sun's light is falling on the other side of the earth, but because there are infinite black holes named Krishna in the sky, which are spreading black light throughout the universe."
How Gods Govern the Elements of Reality
Kedi: "What is God, and why did God divide into 7 instead of 2?"
Ganesh: "The Supreme God created a womb within Himself to provide a place for creation, which is called Hiranyagarbha. There is a total of 8 dimensions in that Hiranyagarbha. To control each dimension, a male god and a female god are needed. Therefore, the Supreme God produced 3 male gods and 4 female gods, like Shiva, Brahma, Vishnu, Durga, Kali, Lakshmi, Saraswati, etc."
Kedi: "Why 3 male gods and 4 female gods?"
Ganesh: "The Supreme God was going to manifest 4 male gods with 4 females, but God Shiva said I can do overtime with both God Kali and God Durga; there is no need for a fourth male god."
Kedi: "Which substance does God Shiva control?"
Ganesh: God Shiva and God Kali together control the time-brand peanut and the vibration-brand lentil, these 2 substances. God Shiva and God Durga together control the Power-Brand chilli and the Matrix-Brand chutney, these 2 substances.
Kedi: "Which substance does God Vishnu control?"
Ganesh: "God Vishnu and God Lakshmi together control the energy-brand onion and the cycle-brand tomato, these 2 substances."
Kedi: "Which substances does God Brahma control?"
Ganesh: "God Brahma and God Saraswati together control the space-brand puffed rice and the light-brand coriander, these 2 substances."
Kedi: "Does no single god control any one substance alone?"
Ganesh: "No, a male god and a female god together control one substance."
The Difference Between Ishvar and Bhagwan
Kedi: "What is Bhagwan? Is there a difference between Bhagwan and Ishvar?"
Ganesh: "The form of Parmeshwar that enters a human body to experience human life and establishes Sanatan Dharma to give humans knowledge of their existence and purpose—that form of Parmeshwar is called Bhagwan. Ishvar is omnipresent in Hiranyagarbha, so Ishvar cannot enter a human body. Bhagwan is limited, and their size can be more or less, so only Bhagwan can enter a human body."
Kedi: "Which are the 7 Bhagwans who enter human bodies?"
Ganesh: "Shankar, Dattatreya, Parshuram, Ram, Krishna, Buddha, and Kalki—these are the 7 Bhagwans. Besides these, there is an eighth Bhagwan Ganesh, but Bhagwan Ganesh is connected with Bhagwan Kalki, and Bhagwan Kalki and Bhagwan Ganesh are present in the same body, so instead of 8, 7 Bhagwans are counted."
Kedi: "Why do Bhagwan Kalki and Bhagwan Ganesh stay in the same human body?"
Ganesh: "Parmeshwar created 7 Bhagwans to descend simultaneously on the 7 Grahalokas. Then Parmeshwar desired to know what it would be like to have 2 Bhagwans in 1 human body and experience that human life. So Parmeshwar manifested himself as the eighth Bhagwan Ganesh and unified himself with Bhagwan Kalki in Bhagwan Kalki's body."
The Seven Divine Incarnations Across Yugas
Kedi: "Do all Bhagwans also control some dimension?"
Ganesh: "No, no, Bhagwan can control any dimension. Only Ishvar can control various dimensions."
Kedi: "Then are all Bhagwans the same?"
Ganesh: "Bhagwans descend to Earth in different yugas. In every yuga, the mentality and needs of humans are different, so according to the mentality and needs of that yuga, the Bhagwans are also given different mentalities. The mentality and nature of all Bhagwans are different from each other. Each Bhagwan descends to Earth in his designated yuga."
Kedi: "In which yuga does Bhagwan Shankar enter a human body?"
Ganesh: "In the ancient manvantara, there are 6 Satyugas, 6 Tretayugas, 6 Dwaparyugas, and 6 Kaliyugas—a total of 24 yugas. Only Bhagwan Shankar descends in all 24 yugas."
Kedi: "In which yuga does Bhagwan Dattatreya enter a human body?"
Ganesh: "In the middle manvantara, there are 6 Satyugas, 6 Tretayugas, 6 Dwaparyugas, and 6 Kaliyugas—a total of 24 yugas. Only Bhagwan Dattatreya descends in all 24 yugas."
Kedi: "In which yuga does Bhagwan Parshuram enter a human body?"
Ganesh: "In all 6 Satyugas of the modern manvantara, only Bhagwan Parshuram descends."
Kedi: "In which yuga does Bhagwan Ram enter a human body?"
Ganesh: "In all 6 Tretayugas of the modern manvantara, only Bhagwan Ram descends."
Kedi: "In which yuga does Bhagwan Krishna enter a human body?"
Ganesh: "In all 6 Dwaparyugas of the modern manvantara, only Bhagwan Krishna descends."
Kedi: "In which yuga does Bhagwan Buddha enter a human body?"
Ganesh: "In all 6 Kaliyugas of the modern manvantara, only Bhagwan Buddha descends."
Kedi: "In which yuga does Bhagwan Kalki enter a human body?"
Ganesh: "In the last Kaliyuga of the modern manvantara, after the last Bhagwan Buddha returns to Vaikuntha, Bhagwan Kalki and Bhagwan Ganesh descend in the same human body."
Kedi: "Why is Bhagwan Ganesh only in Bhagwan Kalki's body and not in any other body?"
Ganesh: "All other Bhagwans have goodness and greatness. Only Bhagwan Kalki has goodness along with evil, virtues along with flaws, and cleverness along with foolishness. So, through Bhagwan Kalki, Bhagwan Ganesh could experience all aspects of a human, which is why Bhagwan Kalki's body was chosen."
Kedi: "Can there be flaws and foolishness in Bhagwan as well?"
Ganesh: "Parmeshwar descends to Earth to know what he experiences in human life, so he experiences all things related to humans."
Kedi: "Why is there so much contradiction in Bhagwan Kalki?"
Ganesh: "In Bhagwan Kalki's body, there is not only Bhagwan Ganesh but also Maitreya Buddha."
Kedi: "Earlier you said 2 Bhagwans in one body—Kalki and Ganesh—now how are there 3 in one body: Kalki, Ganesh, and Maitreya?"
Ganesh: "This is due to the law of duality. In all yugas, only the goddess Kalipurush alone spreads Dharma, but in the final Kaliyuga, there are 3 goddesses: Kali, Koka, and Vikoka, etc. So, 3 Bhagwans."
Kedi: "I didn't understand anything."
Ganesh: "Parmeshwar Ganapati had divided the Satan Koka and Vikoka into 2 parts, so one Bhagwan also had to be divided into two parts. Bhagwan Kalki allowed his own mind to be divided into 2 parts, becoming Bhagwan Kalki and Maitreya Buddha—two parts—and both decided to stay in the same body, while Satan Koka and Satan Vikoka demanded to enter separate bodies."
Gautam Buddha vs Maitreya Buddha
Kedi: "What is the difference between Gautam Buddha and Maitreya Buddha?"
Ganesh: "Gautam Buddha gets attracted towards religion after seeing suffering, while Maitreya Buddha gets attracted towards religion after seeing happiness. Gautam Buddha is serious and calm; Maitreya Buddha is cheerful and jovial. Gautam Buddha follows etiquette in the guru-disciple relationship; Maitreya Buddha befriends his disciples and parties and has fun with them. You will see statues of Gautam Buddha sitting or lying in meditation posture. You will see statues of Maitreya Buddha indulging in food fantasies and standing upright."
Kedi: "Does Maitreya Buddha befriend everyone?"
Ganesh: "Yes, he befriends everyone—rich, poor, young, old, men, women, transgender people, etc.—anyone who invites him to a meal or who joins him for a meal. You and Maitreya Buddha have many similarities; there are only two differences."
Kedi: "What are the differences between me and Maitreya Buddha?"
Ganesh: You can befriend anyone just to get a free vada pav, while Maitreya Buddha eats with his friends and also feeds his friends. You are a fool, and Maitreya is a Buddha.
Kedi: "The laughing Buddha—is that the same as Maitreya Buddha?"
Ganesh: "Yes. The laughing Buddha is Maitreya Buddha."
Kedi: "When do Gautam Buddha and Maitreya Buddha descend?"
Ganesh: "Gautam Buddha descends six times across all six Kaliyugas of the modern Manvantara within one Kalpa. During the sixth and final descent of Gautam Buddha, after that, in the final Kaliyuga, Maitreya Buddha, Kalki, and Ganesh descend together in a single body. Maitreya Buddha descends only once, in the final Kaliyuga of the modern Manvantara within one Kalpa."
Two Buddha Avatars in One Kaliyuga
Kedi: "Two Buddha avatars in one Kaliyuga?"
Ganesh: "In the first 5 Kaliyugas of the modern manvantara, only Lord Buddha descends. Only in the final Kaliyuga do 2 Buddhas descend: Lord Buddha at the end of the first phase and Maitreya Buddha at the end of the later phase. Each phase of Kaliyuga lasts 3000 years."
Kedi: "Was Bhagwan Ganesh also divided?"
Ganesh: "Bhagwan Ganesh and Satan Kalipurush were not divided."
Kedi: "3 Bhagwans in the same body, but 3 Satan in separate bodies—why this discrimination?"
Ganesh: "3 good people can live peacefully in one room, but 3 bad people cannot live peacefully in the same room, so this is discrimination."
Kedi: "Can Bhagwans go from one body to another body?"
Ganesh: "After descending into one body, Bhagwans stay in that same body until death. But Satan can enter millions of bodies at once; no Satan can stay in the same body for life."
Kedi: "Parmeshwar Ganapati divided the Satan, so did Ganapati create the Satan?"
Ganesh: "Parmeshwar Ganapati created both Bhagwan and Satan. Because of the law of duality on Earth, for Bhagwan to descend, the Satan's presence was necessary, so the Satan was also created."
How many times does one Bhagwan descend
Kedi: "How many times does one Bhagwan descend?"
Ganesh: "In one kalpa, Bhagwan Shankar 24 times, Bhagwan Dattatreya 24 times, Bhagwan Parshuram 6 times, Bhagwan Ram 6 times, Bhagwan Krishna 6 times, Bhagwan Buddha 6 times, and Bhagwan Kalki and Bhagwan Ganesh only 1 time."
Kedi: "Can anyone Bhagwan descend in some other yuga?"
Ganesh: "No, Bhagwans are also bound by rules. Each Bhagwan can descend to Earth only in his designated yuga."
Kedi: "In one yuga, how many times do Satan descend?"
Ganesh: "Satan Kalipurush is always on Earth, but Koka and Vikoka descend to Earth only when the final Kaliyuga of Bhagwan Kalki's descent arrives. Satan can descend into millions of men's bodies at once."
The Identification of Satan
Kedi: "Can a Satan descend into my body?"
Ganesh: "If a Satan descends into your body, she herself will get troubled because you only like vada pav; goddesses have different interests, and she won't be able to stay in your body."
Kedi: "What is the identification of Satan? I have never seen a picture of a Satan."
Ganesh: "The Satan Kalipurush has a bull's head and a masculine bodybuilder's body. Satan Koka has a goat's head and a transgender body, and Satan Vikoka has a pig's head and a fat, disgusting body."
Ganesh: "You're torturing me! Nobody asks so many questions at once."
Kedi: "Sorry, what should I do?"
Ganesh: "Relax a little, take a walk on the beach, and then grab something to eat, and then you can ask your questions. Until then, let me enjoy Ganapatipule beach for a while."
I realised that I had been a little too curious. I needed to relax a bit, so I spent half an hour enjoying the ocean waves, but the unfinished conversation was making me restless, so I started talking to Ganesh again.
The Eight Devtas and Human Desires
Kedi: "What are Devtas?"
Ganesh: "Parmeshwar wanted to enter human bodies for a limited time to protect and serve living beings and nature, so Parmeshwar manifested himself as 8 Devtas."
Kedi: "Which are the eight Devtas?"
Ganesh: "Kamdev, Suryadev, Chandradev, Agnidev, Vayudev, Varundev, Indradev, and Dhruvdev—these are the 8 Devtas."
Kedi: "Do all Devtas have different mentalities and natures?"
Ganesh: "No, Devtas have different desires. The main reason for the existence of Devtas is to help fulfill 8 different desires of humans."
Kedi: "What are the 8 desires of humans?"
Ganesh: "Kama, purity, love, happiness, peace, knowledge, bliss, and liberation—these are the 8 desires."
Kedi: "Which desire does Kamdev help fulfill?"
Ganesh: "Sexual pleasure."
Kedi: "Which desire does Suryadev help fulfill?"
Ganesh: "Purity and telling the truth."
Kedi: "Which desire does Chandradev help fulfill?"
Ganesh: "Love and helping."
Kedi: "Which desire does Agnidev help fulfill?"
Ganesh: "Happiness and enjoyment."
Kedi: "Which desire does Vayudev help fulfill?"
Ganesh: "Peace."
Kedi: "Which desire does Varundev help fulfill?"
Ganesh: "Knowledge and wisdom."
Kedi: "Which desire does Indradev help fulfill?"
Ganesh: "Bliss and achievements."
Kedi: "Which desire does Dhruvdev help fulfill?"
Ganesh: "Liberation."
Kedi: "For how much time do Devtas enter human bodies?"
Ganesh: "It depends on the human's desire. As soon as the human's desire is fulfilled, the Devta exits that human's body. If a human's desire is fulfilled in 10 minutes, the Devta stays in that human's body for 10 minutes, and if a human's desire takes 10 months to fulfill, the Devta stays in that human's body for 10 months to help fulfill it."
Kedi: "How is it possible that some person's desire is fulfilled in 10 minutes and another's in 10 months?"
Ganesh: "Just like sometimes you have an intense desire to enjoy a party, and in just 10–15 minutes someone calls you to a party. Sometimes you have a desire to deeply know a subject, and it takes you 8–10 months to know it deeply. Similarly, because all desires are different, the time to fulfill them varies."
Kedi: "There are crores of people in the world; how can only 8 Devtas enter all their bodies?"
Ganesh: "The forms of Parmeshwar, Ishvar, Bhagwan, and Chiranjeevi are one, but only Devtas have many parts. Kamdev has crores of parts; crores of parts of Kamdev can enter crores of humans' bodies at once. Similarly, all other Devtas also have crores of parts that can enter crores of humans' bodies at the same time."
Kedi: "When crores of parts of Devtas can enter crores of humans' bodies, why can't all Devtas enter all humans' bodies at once and end injustice and adharma together?"
Ganesh: "Devtas are also bound by rules. Until a human desire is in a way favorable to a Devta, no Devta can enter that human's body even if they want to. Until desire arises within the human, Devtas cannot even touch that human."
The Eight Immortal Beings on Earth
Kedi: "What are Chiranjeevis?"
Ganesh: "That which always remains present in one place is called Chiranjeevi. Parmeshwar wanted to remain present on Earth forever in the form of Chiranjeevi, so Parmeshwar manifested himself as Chiranjeevi."
Kedi: "Which are the 8 Chiranjeevis?"
Ganesh: "Hanuman, Vibhishana, Ravana, Parshuram, Vedvyas, Kripacharya, Raja Bali, and Ashwatthama—these are the 8 Chiranjeevis."
Kedi: "Do all Chiranjeevis have some desire?"
Ganesh: "No, Chiranjeevis have an independent character. Parmeshwar gave humans many characters, of which 8 are supreme. To experience those 8 characters and to help Bhagwan when Bhagwan descends to Earth, Chiranjeevis enter human bodies."
Kedi: "What character does Hanuman have?"
Ganesh: "A supreme devotee."
Kedi: "What character does Vibhishana have?"
Ganesh: "A supreme righteous person."
Kedi: "What character does Ravana have?"
Ganesh: "A supreme scholar."
Kedi: "What character does Parshuram have?"
Ganesh: "A supreme warrior."
Kedi: "What character does Vedvyas have?"
Ganesh: "A supreme publisher."
Kedi: "What character does Kripacharya have?"
Ganesh: "A supreme teacher."
Kedi: "What character does Bali have?"
Ganesh: "A supreme king."
Kedi: "What character does Ashwatthama have?"
Ganesh: "A supreme helper."
Kedi: "Why are there 2 Parshurams?"
Ganesh: "One Parshuram is Bhagwan, who descends only in the Satyugas of the modern manvantara. One Parshuram is Chiranjeevi, who descends in all yugas to help all Bhagwans."
Kedi: "Meaning in Kaliyuga, the Parshuram will be the Chiranjeevi, not the Bhagwan?"
Ganesh: "Yes, Bhagwan Parshuram will descend only in Satyuga; in Kaliyuga, Chiranjeevi Parshuram will descend."
Kedi: "Do Chiranjeevis also enter human bodies for some time?"
Ganesh: "No, Bhagwan and Chiranjeevi enter the womb of a pregnant woman in a 3-month-old fetus and remain in that body for life. Only Devtas enter human bodies for some time."
Kedi: "Do Chiranjeevis also have crores of parts?"
Ganesh: "No, there are only 8 Chiranjeevis. When one Chiranjeevi descends into a child growing in a woman's womb, after that he cannot descend into any other human's body. One Chiranjeevi can descend only into one human's body."
Kedi: "Is there any other Bhagwan left?"
Ganesh: "No, there are only 33 forms of Parmeshwar."
Why Many Gauri Still Count as One
Kedi: “Then who are Navdurga and Dashavidya? Why are they not included in the 33 koti Goddess-devtas?”
Ganesh: “The incomplete Parmeshwari Gauri manifested herself as Riddhi and Siddhi. The 9 forms of Navdurga are all 9 forms of Siddhi. The 10 forms of Dashavidya are all 10 forms of Riddhi. All these goddesses are counted only as 1 goddess in the form of Gauri. Therefore, since Parmeshwari Gauri is included in the 33 koti devi-devtas, the additional Riddhi and Siddhi are not counted.”
TV Serial makes, 33 Koti fake
Kedi: I heard in a TV serial promo that there are a total of 33 types of deities—specifically the 8 Vasus, 11 Rudras, and 12 Adityas. If that is the case, then what exactly are they?
Ganesh: Some TV serials contain 1% truth; others contain 10% truth; and some contain 11% truth. TV serials are broadcast not to impart knowledge, but rather to provide entertainment—or sometimes to mislead viewers. Do not ask me about the content of TV serials.
Kedi: In that case, what are these Vasu, Rudra, and Aditya?
Ganesh: Ishwar Vishnu is referred to as Vasu and Vasudeva. Ishwar Shiva is referred to as Rudra. Ishwar Brahma is referred to as Aditya and Ravidev. Some foolish artists, in an attempt to arrive at the count of 33, fabricated 33 distinct names from the three primary names of Ishwar—Vishnu, Shiva, and Brahma—and declared them to be the "33 Koti" (types) of deities. Ignorant saints subsequently accepted this notion; consequently, even today, some misguided ascetics and devotees continue to interpret this as the literal existence of 33 Koti deities.
