5400 KM Ride…Zero Knowledge

CHAPTER 01

Kedi: "I did a 5400-kilometre bike journey to visit 5 big temples, but I didn't get any knowledge about religion. Have I gained any knowledge that I am ignoring?"

Ganesh: "Which knowledge did you want to gain?"

Kedi: "Any knowledge that is related to Sanatan Dharma?"

Ganesh: "Then you are not even worthy of gaining any knowledge."

Kedi: "Why am I not worthy of gaining knowledge?"

Ganesh: "Until we do not know which knowledge we need, we cannot search for any knowledge. If you had thought that you needed knowledge of one particular subject, then the elements related to that subject would start appearing to you. But when you do not even know which subject's knowledge you need, even if thousands of elements related to that subject are placed in front of you, you cannot acquire any knowledge."

Friend Mode ON!
Teacher Mode OFF

CHAPTER 02

Kedi: "Your words sound like the sermons of a great elder. I feel that you and I are very far apart. Can you not explain like a friend? I am not able to understand your words easily."

Ganesh: "You have no friend; that is why you are asking to speak like a friend. Friends are very nasty; if you fall, they will first grab both your legs and spin you 10 times, then pick you up and ask, 'Did you enjoy it?' Do you want me also to pull your leg, tease you, and when you give up, then console you?"

Kedi: "Yes, it will work; you explain just like a friend. When you give sermons like a guru, it becomes difficult to understand."

Ocean in Front… Samudra Manthan in Mind

CHAPTER 03

Ganesh: "Okay, now first do one thing: choose any one topic related to Sanatan Dharma about which you want to know, or because of which topic you have doubt about Sanatan Dharma, and yes, until you think about this, do not disturb me. I want to taste a little of the salty air of this ocean."

Hearing Ganesh speak in this manner, I was astonished and also enjoying it. I started thinking: there are many topics in Sanatan Dharma; about which topic do I have doubt? Which topic have I left incomplete?

I was sitting on the seashore of Jagannath Puri; only the ocean was coming to my mind. Then suddenly I remembered that I was writing the chapter of Samudra Manthan, in which the 14 ratnas were mentioned, which seemed strange to me. I got the topic — Samudra Manthan.

Kedi: "I have got the topic; I need the knowledge of Samudra Manthan."

Ganesh: "You are not only stingy, you are lazy too; seeing the ocean in front of you, you found the topic of Samudra Manthan."

14 Gems of Myth or 18 Gems of Truth

CHAPTER 04

Kedi: "It is not like that. You had said which topic causes doubt about Sanatan Dharma. I have doubts about Sanatan Dharma because of the strange story of the 14 ratnas of Samudra Manthan."

Ganesh: "The very story you are talking about—because of this story, the existence of Sanatan Dharma is eternal. And yes, I am a friend. This does not mean you will call Sanatan Dharma strange and I will just listen."

Kedi: "I am not insulting anyone, just that ratnas come out of the ocean in Samudra Manthan, and those ratnas are distributed—this seems a bit different."

Ganesh: "Bro, I was joking; you are cowardly too."

Kedi: "Do you know the story of this Samudra Manthan and its secret?"

Ganesh: "When in childhood you used to put your finger in your nose all day and caress the mucus, you did not even know how to write 'Kedi' correctly; even then I knew the story and mystery of Samudra Manthan and its 18 gems."

Kedi: "18 jewels? Not 14 jewels?"

Ganesh: "You have heard of 14; I have seen 18. Between your ears and my eyes, who will be right? Tell me?"

I had only heard of 14 jewels and didn't remember their names, so I understood that it must be 18 jewels. Now I was eager to know all those 18 jewels.

Kedi: "Which are the 18 jewels?"

Ganesh: "Halahal poison, Airavat elephant, Kamadhenu cow, Uchchaihshrava horse, Kaustubh gem, Kalpavriksha, Apsara Rambha, Goddess Lakshmi, Rajhans, Varuni liquor, Crescent moon, Rainbow, Parijat tree, Panchajanya conch, Whirlwind (Indrajal), Dhanvantari, Amrit, Mohini"

Kedi: "What is the story of Samudra Manthan?"

Ganesh: "A dangerous explosive event happened in the entire universe; after that event, all the devtas and ganas that existed in the universe—everyone's mind-light—went out. Everyone had forgotten their memory; no one knew their role. Whose crores of wealth were lying where? Everyone had forgotten all that…"

Cosmic Collision, Memory Erased

CHAPTER 05

Kedi: "What is the story of Samudra Manthan?"

Ganesh: "A dangerous explosive event happened in the entire universe; after that event, all the devtas and ganas that existed in the universe—everyone's mind-light—went out. Everyone had forgotten their memory; no one knew their role. Whose crores of wealth were lying where? Everyone had forgotten all that. What they had to do, what they should not do — they had forgotten that too. The master was saluting the servant, and the servant was eating someone else's wealth for free without working. One rakshasa, being a rakshasa, was afraid of another rakshasa, and one devata, being a devata, was suspecting another devata. No one could figure out who they really were.

In the universe there were 8 types of devtas, 8 types of davow, 12 types of daityas, 12 types of rakshasas, 8 types of chandals, 8 types of asuras, 8 types of suras, 8 types of nagas, 8 types of gandharvas, 8 types of sages, 4 types of apsaras, 4 types of kinnars, 4 types of devasena, 4 types of yakshas, 4 types of dwarapalas, 4 types of dhanvantaris, 2 types of danavdoot, and 2 types of devdoot. In total, 8 devtas and 108 types of ganas existed — but everyone had forgotten who was which type of gana and who was which type of devta. A very big mess had happened."

Kedi: "why stop? Tell the story, tell the whole story at once; I want to hear it now."

Ganesh: "I am not your grandma to tell you the whole story at once; still, listen. Parmeshwar Ganapati descended knowledge into 2 danavdoots—Shumbha and Nishumbha—and 2 devdoots—the Ashwini Kumar—and sent them to Lord Vishnu to find a solution to this problem.

Danavdoots themselves do not do any work; they get their work done by asuri ganas. Because the danavdoots received knowledge from Parmeshwar Ganapati, they came to know which of the 108 ganas were asuri ganas. Taking all those Asuri Ganas, they went to Lord Vishnu.

Devdoots also cannot do any work themselves; they get their work done by daiviya ganas. Because the devdoots received knowledge from Parmeshwar Ganapati, they came to know which of the 108 ganas were daiviya ganas and devtas. Taking all those daiviya ganas and devtas, they went to Lord Vishnu."

Ganesh: "Did you understand this much, or is your attention still counting the ocean waves?"

Do the Work vs Get the Work Done

CHAPTER 06

Kedi: "Why can't Devdoot and Danavdoot do work themselves?"

Ganesh: "Devdoot and danavdoot do not have the quality to enter a body. All ganas can enter a suitable body according to their qualities, but devdoots and danavdoots cannot enter any body. To do any work, having a body is necessary. Now understood?"

Kedi: "The devdoots and danavdoots who cannot do work themselves—why did Parmeshwar Ganapati give them wisdom?"

Ganesh: "Bro, everyone's wisdom is different; your wisdom is different, my wisdom is different, and those people in front who are enjoying it right now—everyone's wisdom is different."

Kedi: "I know that everyone's wisdom is different; someone's wisdom keeps developing, and someone's wisdom becomes weak."

Ganesh: "There are two types of wisdom—to do work and to get work done. Parmeshwar gave those devdoots and danavdoots the wisdom to get work done by others and gave them the realization to send all ganas to Lord Vishnu. After receiving that realisation, the devdoots and danavdoots took all the ganas to Lord Vishnu."

Gods Confused, Demons Confused — Total Chaos!

CHAPTER 07

Kedi: "Then what happened?"

Ganesh: "Lord Vishnu explained to all the Ganas that a strange, destructive but eternally ongoing event has occurred, and this event will keep happening in the future too. Whenever all the celestial bodies present in this Hiranyagarbha come in a straight line, a destructive energy will manifest and will forever erase the memory of all Devas and Ganas descending on the celestial bodies. This very event has destroyed everyone's memory, and now you are not able to understand what your character is, what your home and destination are, what the purpose of your life is, who your friend and enemy are, and most importantly, who you are going to become; you have forgotten everything."

Kedi: "Does this event destroy even God's memory? Why didn't the memory of Supreme Lord Ganapati and Lord Vishnu get destroyed?"

Ganesh: "Tell the truth, are you listening to me or staring at the girls walking on the beach?"

Kedi: "Bro, why are you saying this? I am only listening to you and trying to understand."

Ganesh: "I had explained to you last year itself that Gods and Chiranjivis remain in the same character from birth to death in a human body; their character never gets destroyed. Only the character of Devas and Ganas keeps changing, because Devas and Ganas can enter a human body anytime and can leave that body anytime. Have you forgotten all this?"

Kedi: I remember now.

Kedi: "Then what did Lord Vishnu say?"

Ganesh: "Lord Vishnu told the solution to all those Devtas and Ganas to get rid of their problem. Lord Vishnu told them all, 'Your memory can come back, for which all of you have to drink two drops of Amrit. As soon as you drink drops of Amrit, you will get self-realisation of who you are, what your character is, and what your rights, responsibilities and proof of existence are.

That Amrit is buried in this Kshirsagar; by churning this Kshirsagar, that Amrit will come out, and by obtaining it, you will get your memory, your existence and your character. Do you want to obtain that Amrit by doing Samudra Manthan?' All Devas and Ganas said, 'Yes, we want to obtain that Amrit by doing Samudra Manthan.'

Lord Vishnu told them all, 'To churn this Kshirsagar, we will need a base pillar, churning rod, rope and divine-demonic two opposing energies. You arrange all these and then return to this very place; we will do the process of Samudra Manthan here.'"

Ganesh: "The Devas and Ganas said to Lord Vishnu, 'Our memory is destroyed, so we don't know what base pillar, churning rod, rope and divine-demonic two opposing energies are; we don't remember, and even if we see them, we won't recognise them. You yourself guide us.'"

Kedi: "Then what happened?"

Ganesh: "All ganas and devtas started pleading to Lord Vishnu to tell them the way to regain their memory power. By losing memory, everyone had lost their existence. Neither the Devtas knew they were Devtas nor the Danav knew they were Danav. Because of this dilemma, they were not able to do their work and were not able to enjoy the results of their work.

Lord Vishnu told all of them that their memory power would return when they drank two drops of the amrit obtained from Samudra Manthan."

Kedi: "So did all of them drink the drops of amrit?"

Ganesh: "Was the drop of amrit in their pocket so that they could put their hand inside and drink it? To drink the drop of amrit, first they had to do the process of Samudra Manthan. After that—"

Kshirsagar: Cosmic Ocean, Not Salty Ocean

CHAPTER 08

Kedi: "Then what did Lord Vishnu do?"

Ganesh: "Lord Vishnu told all those ganas the process of doing Samudra Manthan and took everyone to Kshirsagar."

Kedi: "The ocean that is in front right now, is this not Kshirsagar?"

Ganesh: "Yes, this is Kshirsagar, you are Vishnu, I am Ganapati, and all these people in front enjoying themselves are devtas and daVow. Brother, think a little before speaking. Samudra Manthan is happening; one wrong question from you and your own manthan will start."

Kedi: "Then what is this Kshirsagar?"

Ganesh: "Just like this universe, there are a total of 7 universes. All 7 universes are circling one Vaikuntha, and 7 universes and 1 Vaikuntha—all this is inside 1 Hiranyagarbha. Hiranyagarbha itself is the womb of Parmeshwar Ganapati.

The empty space between all the universes and Vaikuntha present inside Hiranyagarbha—that entire space is Kshirsagar. The entire Hiranyagarbha is filled with Kshirsagar, and inside that Kshirsagar are the universes and Vaikuntha.

Out of those 7 universes, in one universe there are trillions of Suryamandals; out of them, in one Suryamandal, out of 8 planets, there is one planet — Earth. Out of 7 Mahasagars, there is one Sagar in front of which you are sitting, and you are thinking this small Sagar is Kshirsagar. Now tell me, what should I say to you?"

Kedi: "The entire universe is surrounded by Kshirsagar; the whole universe is in Kshirsagar, so at which place in Kshirsagar did the Samudra Manthan happen?"

Ganesh: "In the region of Kshirsagar, exactly above Vaikunth, inside Kshirsagar, Lord Vishnu gathered all the ganas."

Kedi: "Why exactly in the Kshirsagar above Vaikunth? Why not somewhere else?"

Ganesh: "You weren't born then; otherwise we would have done the churning in your navel. Simple thing — churning always happens at the centre. The centre of the entire Kshirsagar is Vaikunth, so the Samudra Manthan could happen in the region above Vaikunth. Understood now?"

A Spiritual Process, Not a Physical Event

CHAPTER 9

Kedi: "Then what happened?"

Ganesh: "When all the ganas and devas were standing in attendance at the centre of Kshirsagar above Vaikunth and in front of Lord Vishnu, then Lord Vishnu explained the process of Samudra Manthan and told them about the 18 jewels that would emerge from Kshirsagar."

Kedi: "Before Samudra Manthan itself, Goddess Lakshmi, four types of Dhanvantari, and the moon all already exist—so how can they emerge again from Samudra Manthan?"

Ganesh: "Seeing your antics, laughter can come out from within me every day, so can't someone emerge again from Samudra Manthan?"

Kedi: "What is the connection between your laughter and the jewels of Samudra Manthan?"

Ganesh: "Just as laughter cannot be seen but the one laughing can be seen—similarly, the 18 jewels emerging from Samudra Manthan are invisible and spiritual elements. They cannot be seen, but to understand them, their symbols can be shown. All 18 jewels are symbols of 18 spiritual attainments; they are not physical objects."

Kedi: "So is Samudra Manthan also a spiritual process, not a physical process?"

Ganesh: "My effect is working—you are thinking like me. Correct. Yes, Samudra Manthan is the symbolic form of the principles of karma created by Supreme Lord Ganapati and planned by Lord Vishnu."

Kedi: "How?"

5 Forces Churn Kshirsagar

CHAPTER 10

Ganesh: "First listen to the complete process of Samudra Manthan; then I will explain.

To churn any substance, 5 forces are needed:

A vessel to hold the substance
A base pillar to stabilize the vessel
A churning rod
A rope to rotate the churning rod
The opposing force that creates friction by rotating the churning rod back and forth."

Kedi: "Which substance? Where is that substance?"

Ganesh: "The entire Kshirsagar itself is the substance, and that substance is everywhere inside Hiranyagarbha. So, the vessel in which that substance is—that vessel itself is Hiranyagarbha."

Kedi: "Then the base pillar for the stability of Hiranyagarbha should be outside Hiranyagarbha, but you had said that there is nothing outside Hiranyagarbha."

Ganesh: "There are two types of base pillars; one is outside the substance, and one is inside the substance. The base pillar of Kshirsagar and the root base pillar of all substances present in Kshirsagar are inside that substance. The root base pillar of you and all humans is also within oneself."

Kedi: "Which are those 5 forces needed for Samudra Manthan?"

Ganesh: "This very question was asked by an Asuri Gana to Lord Vishnu: 'Are you that Asuri Gana who accidentally dropped on Earth?'"

Kedi: "Please, tell me which are those 5 forces?"

Ganesh: "Kshirsagar had to be churned; a huge churning rod would be needed, so Lord Vishnu took all the Ganas near Mount Meru and told all the Ganas, 'This Mount Meru itself is the churning rod; take it and establish it in the centre above Vaikunth.'

All divine and demonic Ganas lifted Mount Meru and established it in the centre above Vaikunth. To rotate that huge Mount Meru, a big rope was needed. Lord Vishnu took all the Ganas to the Vasuki snake and told all the Ganas, 'This Vasuki snake itself is the rope; wrap it around Mount Meru.'"

Ganesh: "A poisonous smell was coming from the Vasuki snake's mouth, due to which whoever stood near the Vasuki snake's mouth experienced a different kind of intoxication, and a sweet music tune was playing from the Vasuki snake's tail, so whoever stood near the Vasuki snake's tail experienced being lost in music.

The demonic Ganas liked the experience of intoxication, so the demonic Ganas caught hold of the Vasuki snake's mouth part. The divine Ganas liked the music tune, so the divine Ganas caught hold of the Vasuki snake's tail. All Ganas caught Vasuki and wrapped it around Mount Meru."

Ganesh: "Mount Meru could not stay in one place without a base pillar, so Lord Vishnu took all the Ganas to Muladhar tortoise and told all the Ganas, 'This Muladhar tortoise itself is the base pillar; place it under Mount Meru.'

All Ganas lifted the Muladhar tortoise and placed it under Mount Meru.

The time had come to churn Kshirsagar by rotating Mount Meru. On Lord Vishnu's order, the Devas and demonic Ganas holding the Vasuki snake wrapped around Mount Meru started doing Samudra Manthan."

Ganesh: "Understood what? Anything to ask?"

Not Physical Objects, All Spiritual Symbols

CHAPTER 11

Kedi: "Meru mountain, Vasuki snake, and Muladhar turtle—are all these real or symbols of some spiritual subjects?"

Ganesh: "All things involved in the process of ocean churning are symbols of spiritual subjects.

Mount Meru is the symbol of the spine.
The Vasuki snake is the symbol of Kundalini power.
The Muladhara turtle is the symbol of lifespan.
The ocean of milk in which the ocean churning is happening – that ocean of milk is the symbol of life and creation."

Kedi: "Does it have any relation to human life?"

Ganesh: "The relation of ocean churning is only with human life. All the gods and ganas involved in ocean churning can drink even one drop of nectar and regain their own memory and self-realisation only after entering the human body. Without a body, no god or gana can drink that nectar. No god or gana has their own body; they have to enter a human body to drink the nectar."

Kedi: "I didn't understand anything."

Ganesh: "Maybe you are hungry; on an empty stomach your brain doesn't work. Eat something first, and then I'll explain."

Kedi: "No, if I eat something I'll fall asleep; explain it to me righteously."

Ocean churning is still happening

CHAPTER 12

Ganesh: "Ocean churning is still happening today. By rotating every human's spine with Kundalini power, gods and ganas are creating desire in the human mind to obtain various subjects. By rotating the human spine with human Kundalini power, they are generating 18 spiritual subjects in human life. Because only when a feeling or desire related to some god or gana arises in a human's mind can gods and ganas enter that human's body, and after obtaining nectar, recognise their own existence."

Kedi: "I have a spine in my body, so do devta and ganas churn my spine with my own Kundalini power to create their required desires in my mind and enter my body?"

Ganesh: "Your spine is more active compared to others. You are that free Dharmashala where anyone can come from anywhere and stay without registration. The only difference is that those who come and go cannot stay long in your Dharmashala, because whomever you meet, you accept everyone. Because there is only one room in your Dharmashala, when a new guest comes, the old guest immediately leaves your room.

Until now more than 50+ ganas have enjoyed your Dharmashala, and you thought you were the one enjoying it. The 20+ different jobs you did were also done by ganas through you; you were merely their pawn. Your weakness itself is your strength; that's why you have survived till now. Otherwise, you would have to be admitted to a mental hospital."

Kedi: "How is my weakness my strength?"

Ganesh: "When demonic ganas want to enter your body, you let them enter your body, thinking you will get a new experience, but as soon as some divine gana wants you to do good work, you let them also enter your body and start doing good work, due to which demonic ganas have to leave your body."

Kedi: "When some Gana enters my body, why don't I know it, and how do you know?"

Ganesh: "When some Gana enters your body and insists on doing some work right now, you feel that you yourself are being stubborn; then you do not remain aware of what your character is and what your original desire is. But I know what my character is and what my original desire is. I continuously know whose desire is whose—my desire, your desire, and the desire of all Gans. When you desire something, when you make a mistake, I only keep watching you without stopping you. That is why I can see what you cannot see even while living it. You see emotions; I see the origin place of emotions, which is discernment."

Halahal Poison — A Symbol of First Deception

CHAPTER 13

Now I became eager to know what those 18 jewels are for obtaining which Gans and gods enter the human body and even my body.

Kedi: "In the churning of the ocean done by gods and Gans, what jewels come out of the Milk Ocean?"

Ganesh: "First of all, Halahal poison comes out. Halahal poison is very deadly. Whoever even smells Halahal poison cannot sleep for months; some even die from it. Whether gods or Gans, Halahal poison is deadly for everyone; it spares no one."

Kedi: "Yes, I have heard the story. Lord Shiva drank that Halahal poison; that is why his name is Neelkanth."

Ganesh: "You heard wrong; Lord Shiva did not drink Halahal poison once; rather, he drinks it every day and will keep drinking it continuously till eternal time, because ocean churning is a continuous process, and poison will also keep coming out continuously from it."

Kedi: "Halahal poison is a spiritual achievement, which is a symbol, right?"

Ganesh: "Right. Halahal poison is a spiritual element, a symbol of the first deception. When gods and Gans enter a human body and start doing some new work, due to lack of sufficient experience and sufficient knowledge, they get deceived, they have to face humiliation, they suffer financial loss, they get physical injury, and when they receive non-spiritually visible negative things like deception, loss, humiliation, damage, disrepute, etc., then those non-spiritually visible negative things become Halahal poison. It can give them pain from 10 minutes to 10 years, and when someone cannot stop that pain or does not want to tolerate it anymore, then he commits murder or suicide."

Shiva Drinks Daily — Deception Forgotten

CHAPTER 14

Kedi: "How does Lord Shiva drink that poison?"

Ganesh: "Lord Shiva has control over the four dimensions of time, power, vibration, illusion, etc.; with those dimensions he reduces the pain of humans and helps symbolically in forgetting that pain. This very help is called drinking poison by Lord Shiva."

Kedi: "Have I ever got Halahal poison too? I don't remember."

Ganesh: "You are a very dangerous level of crazy guy; till now you have got more than 240+ Halahal poisons. I have helped you more than 10 times to digest big Halahal poisons, and till now you have not thanked me even once. When you worked on the survey the whole day from 11 am to 9:30 pm on an empty stomach, but you did not get money for your work, you were crying; that crying was also the effect of Halahal poison. I explained that's why your pain ended in just 10 minutes and the effect of Halahal poison also ended.

Whenever someone deceives you, within the next 1 hour you eat something; whenever you eat something, your memory gets erased, and you forget that a little while ago you were in pain. For this reason, Halahal poison does not affect you for long.

When someone humiliates you, you don't care at all; you are very shameless. That's why Halahal poison does not work on you for long.

Only sometimes, when a close one deceives you, then for 1–2 days you feel pain due to Halahal poison, but even that you forget quickly. Because of your forgetfulness, till today you have never been troubled by any Halahal poison. But the way you mix with everyone so much, every time you get to taste Halahal poison, seeing that even I get surprised that Halahal poison does not affect you as much as it affects others."

Kedi: "You seem more enemy than friend; no friend jokes this much. By pointing out my flaws, are you trying to highlight your own virtues?"

Ganesh: "I am just joking a little and telling you your truth. Some friends slap and tell the truth. I cannot slap you, because that slap will hit me too."

Kedi: "After the Halahala poison in Samudra Manthan, what emerges?"

Kamadhenu — Symbol of Livelihood

CHAPTER 15

Ganesh: "Kamadhenu cow emerges. The Kamadhenu cow is a spiritual element. The Kamadhenu cow is the symbol of sources of income. Whatever path a man adopts to earn money—job or business—that path itself is a Kamadhenu cow. Someone's Kamadhenu cow gives only 1 litre of milk; someone's Kamadhenu cow gives 1000 crore litres of milk. You have already worked in 20+ companies; all those companies were your Kamadhenu cows. Right now, your astrology Kamadhenu cow does not even give 1 litre of milk, and that is why you are poor. The day you get a Kamadhenu cow that gives crores of litres of milk, that day you will also become a crorepati."

Kedi: "When will I get a Kamadhenu cow that gives crores of litres of milk? I also want to become a crorepati."

Ganesh: "The day you truly become stubborn about earning crores of rupees, you will get that Kamadhenu cow. But every two days, instead of earning money, you become stubborn about gaining some new experience, so how will you get a Kamadhenu cow that gives crores of litres of milk? Whatever you want, whatever you work for, that is what you will get. Right now, instead of earning money, you are searching for knowledge; that is why you are getting knowledge, not money."

Kedi: "After the Kamadhenu cow in Samudra Manthan, what emerges?"

Uchchaihshrava — Symbol of Promotion

CHAPTER 16

Ganesh: "Uchchaihshrava horse emerges. Uchchaihshrava horse is a spiritual element. The Uchchaihshrava horse is the symbol of progress. When someone gets a promotion in a job or business, it is called obtaining the Uchchaihshrava horse. Until someone is not getting a promotion, understand that he has not yet got the Uchchaihshrava horse."

Kedi: "After Uchchaihshrava, what emerges?"

Airavata — Symbol of prosperity

CHAPTER 17

Ganesh: "Airavata elephant emerges. The Airavata elephant is a spiritual element. The Airavata elephant is the symbol of prosperity. When someone progresses in a job or business, then he gets immense wealth and righteousness, which is obtaining the Airavata elephant."

Kedi: "After the Airavata elephant, what emerges?"

Kaustubh mani— symbol of fame

CHAPTER 18

Ganesh: "You are not really asking anything. Is everything clear to you?"

Kedi: "Yes, it is clear to me. I want to know about all 18 jewels at once."

Kalpavriksha — Symbol of Social Service

CHAPTER 19

Ganesh: "Okay, I will tell. After Kaustubh Mani, Kalpavriksha emerges. Kalpavriksha is a spiritual element. Kalpavriksha is the symbol of social service. When a person gets fame, then to make his fame positive, he feels a desire to do social service, and he starts doing social service; it is called obtaining Kalpavriksha."

Kedi: "After Kalpavriksha, what emerges?"

Apsara Rambha — Symbol of Praise

CHAPTER 20

Ganesh: "Apsara Rambha emerges. Apsara Rambha is a spiritual element. Apsara Rambha is the symbol of praise. When a person does social service, then people start praising him; this is called obtaining Apsara Rambha."

Kedi: "After Apsara Rambha, what emerges?"

Goddess Lakshmi — Symbol of Contentment

CHAPTER 21

Ganesh: "Goddess Lakshmi emerges. Goddess Lakshmi is a spiritual element. Goddess Lakshmi is the symbol of contentment. When a person gets praise for his work, then he feels contentment; it is called obtaining Goddess Lakshmi."

Kedi: "After Goddess Lakshmi, what emerges?"

Rajhans — Symbol of Selection

CHAPTER 22

Ganesh: "Rajhans emerges. Rajhans is a spiritual element. Rajhans is the symbol of selection. When a person gets contentment from his work, then to maintain that contentment, the person selects righteous and favourable work so that he gets contentment from that work too. When a person starts selecting work according to his wish and does not do any work against his desire, then he obtains the power and confidence to select; it is called obtaining Rajhans."

Kedi: "After Rajhans, what emerges?"

Varuni — Symbol of Ego

CHAPTER 23

Ganesh: "Varuni liquor emerges. Varuni liquor is a spiritual element. Varuni liquor is the symbol of ego. When a person has excessive confidence in his work, his self-confidence exceeds his consciousness, and then he starts getting ego; it is called obtaining Varuni liquor."

Kedi: "After Varuni liquor, what emerges?"

Ardhachandra — Symbol of Adultery

CHAPTER 24

Ganesh: "Ardhchandra (half-moon) emerges. Ardhachandra is a spiritual element. Ardhachandra is the symbol of adultery. The full moon is the symbol of love. When a person gets an ego, then to display his ego, he feels a desire to commit adultery. When he starts committing adultery to fulfil his ego, he obtains Ardhchandra."

Kedi: "After Ardhchandra, what emerges?"

Indradhanush — Symbol of Flattery

CHAPTER 25

Ganesh: "Indradhanush (rainbow) emerges. Indradhanush is a spiritual element. Indradhanush is the symbol of flattery. When a person becomes successful in fulfilling his ego and adultery, then he needs people who flatter him. To get his flattery done, a person keeps 7–8 specimens with him; it is called obtaining Indradhanush."

Kedi: "After Indradhanush, what emerges?"

Parijat — Symbol of Show Off

CHAPTER 26

Ganesh: "The Parijat tree emerges. The Parijat tree is a spiritual element. The Parijat tree is the symbol of show-off. When a person learns from his sycophants that his ego and adultery are visible to everyone, then to hide his ego and adultery, he pretends to be egoless and truthful. To pretend to be egoless and truthful, a person adopts a fake character; it is called obtaining the Parijat tree".

Kedi: "After the Parijat tree, what emerges?"

Panchajanya — Symbol of Dilemma

CHAPTER 27

Ganesh: "The Panchajanya conch emerges. The Panchajanya conch is a spiritual element. It is the symbol of dilemma. When a person fails to balance between his real character and fake character and fails to hide his fake character, then he has to face many dilemmas; it is called obtaining the Panchajanya conch."

Kedi: "After the Panchajanya conch, what emerges?"

Indrajaal — Symbol of Downfall

CHAPTER 28

Ganesh: "Whirlwind (Indrajaal) emerges. Whirlwind is a spiritual element. It is the symbol of downfall. When a person takes right decisions according to his real character and wrong decisions in trying to show a fake character as real, then the success he had got because of his real character—the downfall of that success—starts. That downfall is called obtaining Whirlwind (Indrajaal)."

Kedi: "After Whirlwind (Indrajaal), what emerges?"

Dhanvantari — Symbol of Remedy

CHAPTER 29

Ganesh: "Dhanvantari emerges. Dhanvantari is a spiritual element. Dhanvantari is the symbol of remedy. When a person realises that the cause of his downfall was his fake show-off, then he finds a remedy to rise again; it is called obtaining Dhanvantari."

Kedi: "After Dhanvantari, what emerges?"

Amrit — Symbol of Self Realisation

CHAPTER 30

Ganesh: "Amrit emerges. Amrit is a spiritual element. Amrit is the symbol of self-realisation. When a person obtains various spiritual elements, then finally he gets self-realisation about who he really is—what the purpose of his life is, what he has to achieve, and what he has to return. When a person gets self-realisation, it is called obtaining Amrit."

Kedi: "After Amrit, what emerges?"

Mohini — Symbol of Prestige

CHAPTER 31

Ganesh: "Daitya Mohini emerges. Daitya Mohini is a spiritual element. It is the symbol of prestige. When a person gets self-realisation, he does influential work for society; because of that influential work, he gets prestige. It is called obtaining Daitya Mohini."

Ganesh: "Now I have told you about all 18 jewels. Any doubt?"

Kedi: "What is the difference between fame and prestige?"

Ganesh: "When thousands of people know a person but do not respect him, it is called fame. When thousands of people know a person and also respect him, it is called prestige."

No Fixed Order — Karma Decides

CHAPTER 32

Kedi: "Do all 18 jewels emerge in the same order?"

Ganesh: "No. The order changes; every person's karma is different, and their decision-making ability is different; therefore, not all people obtain the jewels in the same order. Not all people are able to obtain all 18 jewels; some people can obtain only 4–5 jewels, but some people can obtain all 18 jewels again and again."

Kedi: "Does this Samudra Manthan happen with all people?"

Ganesh: "In the body of every living human, devas and ganas are rotating Meru mountain with Vasuki snake, producing 18 different jewels in his life, entering his body and enjoying those jewels. Samudra Manthan is happening inside all humans in whose body Meru mountain and Vasuki snake are active; various jewels are continuously being produced in his life."

Kedi: "Is Samudra Manthan happening inside me right now too?"

Ganesh: "As long as we both are talking, no gana or deva can even touch your Meru mountain, but when we are not talking, every gana shakes your Meru mountain and makes you dance here and there, and you feel that you are dancing, meaning you are having fun."

When I left home for the religious bike journey of 5 grand temples, I thought I would gain some new religious knowledge. At the last temple, I received the knowledge of Samudra Manthan, which was already inside him; I just had to open my mind and read it. Ganesh made the journey successful by giving the knowledge of Samudra Manthan.
