8 Lies of the Indian Constitution

The First Lie: Equality
Equality – There is no existence of equality in the Indian Constitution. Indians receive the right and facilities for education and jobs not on the basis of equality, but on the basis of a caste certificate. One who does not have the required caste certificate, it would be wrong to even call them Indian. I am Indian, but I do not have the required caste certificate; therefore, I will not receive any rights or facilities in education and employment. And because I do not have a caste certificate, as long as this caste-based Constitution remains, no Indian citizen from my coming generations will receive any right or facility of reservation in education and employment.
Some citizens of India have been given sc. st. backward caste certificates, even though they have no connection with a backward caste. The one giving such a backward caste certificate is not any criminal person, but the Indian Constitution itself, which also gives a backward caste certificate to the son of a judge, to the son of a minister, and also to the son of a millionaire businessman. All these people are strong supporters of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar because they receive caste-based reservation, and now they call themselves Ambedkarites instead of Indian Hindus. The same Ambedkarites are demanding 65% caste-based reservation in India, and they are demanding the addition of an extra article in the Indian Constitution so that Ambedkarites may continue to receive 65% lifetime reservation. Whereas Indian Hindus are not receiving any kind of caste-based reservation.
I was greedy for food then—and still am. In the orphanage, I ate the most. While others ate neatly, I crushed bhakri into fine crumbs, mixed it with spicy aamti, and devoured it like a hungry animal. The rule was simple: the last child to finish washed everyone's plates. I was always last, so I washed them every day. One kind sister quietly helped me.
In 2019, there was a provision of 10% reservation for poor Hindus, in which strict verification of economic status is conducted in order to exclude some Hindus from reservation. But every Ambedkarite is given caste-based reservation on the basis of a backward caste certificate without any such investigation. The beginning of caste-based reservation was started by the British as a conspiracy to create division among Indians. Since the Indian Constitution was copied from the British constitution and legal codes, caste-based reservation was also included in the Indian Constitution in order to maintain inequality among Indians.
The Hindu society of India, which is not receiving even 1% reservation on the basis of caste certificates, does not want any division among Indians and, while fulfilling patriotism, wants equal rights for everyone without seeing caste certificates. Whereas Ambedkarites do not consider themselves Indian Hindus and they object if they are called Hindus. The same Ambedkarites demand 65% caste-based reservation in the Indian Constitution and want division and inequality among Indians. The day Ambedkarites demand 100% caste-based reservation, who will be responsible for the chaos that will spread between Indian Hindus and Ambedkarites? Only the caste-based reservation article of the Indian Constitution will be responsible.
Even today, the small conflicts that keep arising between Indian Hindus and Ambedkarites in India have been caused only by the caste-based reservation article of the Indian Constitution. The day caste-based reservation ends in the Constitution of India, the Constitution can truly become the most sacred text that brings equality among Indians. At present, because of the caste-based reservation article, the Indian Constitution has become a symbol of inhumanity, injustice, and inequality.
I am writing about the reality of the Indian Constitution and Ambedkarites not to criticize anyone, But wants to give India real freedom from various British's anti-equality and anti-independence systems through my writing and wants to revive equality, unity, justice, and humanity in India.
I want to bring equality in India by abolishing caste-based reservation from the Constitution and ending casteism from India, and by making all Indians original Indians without caste.
The Second Lie: Casteism
Casteism – It is a very big lie that the Constitution tried to eliminate caste. The Indian Constitution itself gives Indians a backward caste certificate. It gives a backward caste certificate to the police; it gives a backward caste certificate to leaders; it gives a backward caste certificate to the Prime Minister and the President. Whoever has a backward caste certificate, all their coming generations are given a backward caste certificate. Even a rich businessman is given a backward caste certificate and unnecessary facilities for free. The Indian Constitution itself gives caste certificates and gives legal punishment to those who use caste-indicative names. The real punishment should be given to the Constitution, which declares someone’s entire coming generation as backward by giving them a backward caste certificate. The Indian Constitution itself is the biggest casteist.
Brahmin is a tendency of performing actions, which is called a varna. It exists among human beings all over the world. Without understanding that varna, Ambedkarites are calling the Brahmins of India foreigners and running movements like “Brahmin Leave India.” Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar took away the right to reservation from the Brahmin community, and Ambedkarites are carrying out a movement to take away the citizenship of the Brahmins of India. The Indian caste-based Constitution and the 22 vows have made Ambedkarites the biggest casteists and opponents of religion, and now they are running a movement like “Brahmin Leave India” to eliminate Sanatan Hindu Dharma from India. By running a movement that tells a community of their own country to “Leave India,” Ambedkarites have crossed the limits of casteism, yet not a single Ambedkarite has received any legal punishment.
The Third Lie: Purity
Purity – In any scripture or book, if more than 8 changes are made, that scripture or book becomes impure and needs to be replaced. More than 100 changes have been made in the Indian Constitution, which proves that the Indian Constitution has been proven wrong 100 times; therefore, it had to be changed 100 times. The Constitution of independent India is an impure Constitution, which instead of being replaced has been amended 100+ times. The main reason for this was to adulterate the Constitution. The Constitution and national laws are two different texts. National laws are temporary, whereas the Constitution is permanent. With the intention of making national laws permanent, they have been added to the Constitution and the Constitution has been adulterated. When excessive changes are made to a Constitution, that Constitution should be destroyed and a new Constitution should be created; patchwork should not be done again and again by repeatedly amending it. The Indian Constitution is the largest patchwork Constitution in the world, in which laws from other countries have been added, and some provisions have been added for the misuse of certain laws.
The Fourth Lie: Unity
Unity – As long as the Indian Constitution itself grants caste-based reservations to a particular community in India, provides what is considered unjust legal provisions like the SC-ST Act, and takes away the rights of other communities, unity cannot be established in India. The Indian Constitution itself does not allow unity to be established in India.
Some Ambedkarites, based on Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar's 22 vows, remain active in opposing Sanatan Dharma and Hindu culture. On Buddha Purnima 2025, a person known to me expressed that they wish to strongly oppose Brahmins and end Sanatan Hindu Dharma in India. They were aware that I am writing a scripture on Sanatan Dharma. At that time, I could not say anything, because in their words I felt there was more ignorance than seriousness. However, that incident has forced me to think why any Ambedkarite would want to aggressively oppose Hindus in India in order to end Sanatan Hindu Dharma. Before that incident, I never felt fear of any Ambedkarite, but after that day, when I started studying the actions of Ambedkarites toward Hinduism and Sanatan Dharma, I began to feel concern about the ideological direction of some Ambedkarite organizations. And I realized that caste-based laws have divided Indians in India into Hindu and Ambedkarite categories.
Until there are equal rights and balance for all communities, true unity is not possible. One part of India worships Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar because they received caste-based reservation due to him, and another part of India criticizes Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar because they knew he discriminated against them and committed social injustice against them and took away their right to reservation. Therefore, as long as the caste-based discrimination and social injustice created by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar remains in India, there will be no unity in India.
If the Hindu people of India follow Sanatan Dharma, then on the other hand the Ambedkarite people insult Sanatan Dharma. Hindus in India worship their gods and goddesses, whereas Ambedkarites insult those very gods and goddesses.
Despite diversity among Hindus, no Hindu insults anyone’s gods and goddesses, but Ambedkarites openly insult Hindu gods and goddesses, insult Hindu culture, and every day insult the faith of crores of Hindus in India and harass them. Even then, no legal action is taken against any Ambedkarite. But if a Hindu stops an Ambedkarite from insulting gods and goddesses, Ambedkarites can file a false SC/ST Atrocity case against those Hindus and harass them.
In my research, I found that some Ambedkarite organizations, which have SC–ST certificates, put pressure on such Hindus that since they are receiving reservation because of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, they should abandon Hindu culture and Sanatan Dharma in order to fulfill the dream of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. Apart from this, some Ambedkarite organizations also oppose those Buddhist sects that worship only Lord Buddha and do not oppose Sanatan Dharma and Hindu culture on the basis of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar’s 22 vows—there are even calls for the boycott of such Buddhist sects. This tendency of Ambedkarite ideology creates division not only among Hindus but also within the Buddhist community itself, and prevents unity among Indians.
Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar’s caste-based laws and caste-based Constitution have made Hindus and Ambedkarites enemies of each other. For this reason, unity between Hindus and Ambedkarites in India is not possible; only the caste-based Indian Constitution is responsible for this, which has divided Indians into Hindus and Ambedkarites.
The day caste-based reservation is abolished from the Indian Constitution, and all citizens receive equal rights; when the system of caste certificates ends and every citizen receives a single equal certificate based only on Indian citizenship, on that day true unity will be established in India.
The Fifth Lie: Indian Identity
Indian Identity– The biggest truth is that the Constitution of India is not Indian at all. Calling the Constitution of India an Indian Constitution is a very big lie. The Constitution of India has been copied from other foreign constitutions; old British laws have been added along with it; and by maintaining the caste system created by the British, Indians have been divided into castes. Indian scholars did not have any special contribution in the making of the Constitution of India; therefore, calling it the Constitution of Indian Identity is a lie.
The Sixth Lie: Merit
Merit – Where merit should be the priority, there is no existence of merit anywhere in the Constitution of India. Reservation is not based on merit. The election process of leaders is not based on merit. Giving the right to choose an incompetent leader makes the Constitution of India incompetent. The selection of the Chief Justice is not based on merit. Government jobs are also not given to everyone on the basis of merit. Those who have the required caste certificate are given relaxation in merit, as if merit is a thing to be ignored. Ignoring merit and providing provisions to some communities without merit makes the Constitution incompetent.
The Seventh Lie: Justice
Justice – Till now, I have not seen justice in any field in India; rather, for 10–15 years I have seen appeals demanding justice and judges giving appointments at their convenience. Therefore, my writing about justice will be incomplete.
The qualification of a judge lies in how many more people he has delivered justice to in how little time. However, if the performance of judges is measured solely on the basis of this number, I am concerned that there is a strong possibility of a major stigma being attached to India's justice system. The judiciary, which should have been compelled to remain active 24/7 in order to deliver justice to the people of the country as quickly as possible, has, by the Indian Constitution granting it the greatest latitude, ended up perpetrating injustice upon the suffering Indians.
The Eighth Lie: Creation
Creation – The Constitution of India was not created; it was copied. Creation is that which contains one’s own independent thoughts. In the Constitution of India, there are no independent thoughts of any Indian; rather, it was written after discussing the provisions of other countries’ constitutions and the British Constitution, and by copying the provisions of casteism from the Manusmriti, a provision of caste-based reservation for 10 years was written. Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar himself had said that if it did not change with time, he would be the first person to burn this Indian Constitution, because he knew that caste-based reservation could make the Indian Constitution another Manusmriti; and since the Manusmriti had caste-based reservation, he had burned the Manusmriti.
The Universal Lie: The Constitution as a Living Document
Calling the Constitution a living document is the biggest lie in the world. A constitution is a rigid document in which no kind of change can be made. If change becomes mandatory, then destroying that constitution and creating a new one is the fundamental principle of a constitution.
The fundamental principle of a constitution is that it is the foundation of a nation and should not be changed. If more than eight changes are made to it, then that foundation must be destroyed and a new foundation must be constructed.
There can be thousands of changes in national law. National laws are formed based on the provisions of the Constitution, in which changes according to time, place, and circumstances are necessary. But adding national laws into the Constitution is a violation of the fundamental principle of a constitution, because it makes the Constitution fragmented and impure.
This is what has happened with the Indian Constitution. Other countries conspired to declare their constitutions as living documents in order to add immoral national laws into them, and unfortunately, the Constitution of India copied this conspiracy and made the Indian Constitution a living document, which is against the fundamental principle of a constitution.
Just as the walls of a house can be changed but the foundation of a house cannot be changed, similarly, a nation’s Constitution cannot be changed, but national laws can be changed. The Constitution is the foundation of the nation, and national laws are the walls of the nation.
By changing the Indian Constitution 100 times, it is proven that the Indian Constitution is not truly a constitution, but has become a national law. India needs a new Constitution.
Conclusion
In history, injustice was done to a particular community; therefore, in the present only that community will be given rights and facilities, and the rights and facilities of other communities will be taken away—this argument demands injustice against another community of the same country. To correct the injustice of history, repeating in the present, in the name of compensation, what happened in history is also injustice.
If the aim truly was to bring backward classes into the mainstream, a law of equality would be implemented, caste certificates would be abolished, and without seeing caste, equal rights and facilities would be given to all citizens of India on the basis of merit. To bring backward classes into the mainstream by taking away the rights of other communities of one’s own country is not justice, but a very big social injustice.
Request
I am not insulting any member involved in the making of the Constitution of India. I am not insulting Dr. Ambedkar. I am not insulting the country of India. I am not insulting any citizen of India.
I am not insulting anyone’s caste; rather, caste has no relation with Sanatan Dharma. Caste is not a creation of God but a product of foreign invaders. My aim is to abolish caste and free all Indians from casteism. Casteism would have ended only if education and jobs were given without seeing anyone’s caste. The caste certificate promoted casteism, and those who had no relation with a caste were bound to that caste. For me, no caste is small or big, because caste is an illusion, which has been turned into a weapon of Kaliyug by issuing certificates.
By pointing out the shortcomings of the current Constitution of India, I am demanding a new Constitution so that no citizen of India faces caste-based discrimination and all Indians receive equal rights without looking at caste certificates. I request all of you to wish for a new Constitution of India so that unity, equality, justice, and humanity can be established in India.
Notice
If people did not repeatedly shout that “there is equality, unity, and equal justice in the Constitution, and the Constitution is solely the contribution of Dr. Ambedkar” and that “it is the creation of Dr. Ambedkar alone,” then perhaps there would be no need for so much debate and for an article about “lies.”
Dr. Ambedkar was a scholar of the English language and economics; therefore, he was appointed Chairman of the Drafting Committee and served as also the Chief Editor of the Constitution. The writers who copied provisions of the Constitution from different countries and gave it an Indian touch were different. Writing and editing to correct grammatical errors in it are two different things. By calling the editor the creator, all those writers are being insulted who worked very hard to copy and write the constitutional provisions from other countries.
Purpose — This article does not aim to insult any community or person, nor to incite anyone. Instead, its core purpose is to reveal the true nature of India's caste-based Constitution and motivate the drafting of a new Constitution that establishes unity, equality, and humanity across India. Only such a new Constitution—grounded in equality and human dignity—can restore India to its position as "Vishwaguru".
