The system that runs a region or a country is called a civilization. Due to ignorance, some
sociologists consider culture
to be the same as civilization, whereas culture is related to the lifestyle of
society and civilization is related to the system of a region.
A civilization includes a total of eight
elements such as the constitution, judicial system, education
system, economic system, waste management, development commission, culture, and
health of a region. Today, India has become a slave to a foreign civilization,
which is proving to be the worst civilization in human history. The root cause
of this is that all the elements of civilization are influenced by a foreign
system, which has blurred the original identity of India.
1. Constitutional - India’s
Constitution is the only constitution in the world that divides citizens into
classes based on caste. In it, some castes have been given the right to
reservation, while other communities have been deprived of this right. This
caste-based system has divided Indian society into categories such as SC, ST, OBC,
and General.
In no other country in the world does the constitution divide citizens in
this manner on the basis of caste. Instead of abolishing the caste-based
identity that began during the time of foreign invaders, it was adopted and a
caste-based constitution was created. As a result, instead of unity, a feeling
of separation has increased in India. This caste-based system in India promotes
division in society and the tendency of political gain.
Before the arrival of foreign invaders in India, there was no caste-based
system in the country. No citizen of India possessed a caste certificate;
everyone was simply an Indian citizen. Today’s caste-based constitution has
divided Indians into Hindus and Ambedkarites. Those who receive reservation on
the basis of caste object to calling themselves Hindus and instead call
themselves Ambedkarites, while those Indians whose right to reservation has
been taken away call themselves Hindus. In the entire history of humanity, the
citizens of any country have not divided their own people into categories such
as SC, ST, OBC, and General.
Constitutional solution – Caste-based discrimination should
be abolished from the Indian Constitution. The certificate system that
classifies Indians by caste should be abolished. In any part of India, there
should be no requirement for any kind of caste certificate to work or to
receive education. Every citizen of India should have the right to obtain
employment and education based on their ability. Every citizen of India should
have the right to choose their own varna. A child should not be forced into the
same varna based on the father’s varna.
2. Justice System – India’s present justice system was not
created by Indians; rather, it is based on the system established during the
time of foreign invaders. In this system, along with punishment for crimes,
several provisions to escape punishment were also included, because at that
time power was controlled by foreign rulers, and often the rulers themselves
were the offenders.
Ancient India had the Ashta-Pradhan justice system, which
consisted of eight different types of courts: familial, social, industrial,
governmental, cultural, reputation, penal authority, and international courts,
with provisions for swift justice. This system was called the Ashta-Pradhan
justice system. Foreign invaders abolished all these eight judicial
structures and implemented a centralized justice system in order to control the
judiciary.
Even after India’s independence, the same British judicial system continued.
As a result, in today’s justice system, technical provisions and legal
procedures are often misused, and justice is deliberately delayed in many
cases. In several cases, punishment for criminals is delayed so that lawyers
and judicial authorities may gain financial benefit.
Justice System Solution – India should have the
Ashta-Pradhan justice system consisting of familial, social, industrial,
governmental, cultural, reputation, penal authority, and international courts.
Any offender—whether a minor, a mentally ill person, or even a judge—should
receive punishment. Anyone who files a false legal case should receive the full
punishment for the same offense. If evidence is not found in a legal case, it
should be dismissed rather than kept pending. Once a criminal is found guilty,
the case should not be kept pending. Until a person’s crime is proven, no
citizen should be kept in custody or prison; instead, they should be kept under
house arrest. If a case is not decided within a fixed time period, action
should be taken against the lawyer and the judge. Based on India’s population,
every state should have thousands of courts. Just as police stations remain
open 24/7 for the protection of citizens, courts should also remain open 24/7
to ensure that citizens receive justice as quickly as possible.
3. Education System – The fundamental objective of an
education system is to provide students with knowledge of their country’s
culture, civilization, and the existence of human life, and to train them in
skills and arts to earn wealth and property. The original education system of
India functioned in three categories: Vidyalaya (school), Shikshan
Sanstha (training institution), and Vidyapeeth (university). In Vidyalaya,
knowledge of culture, civilization, and the existence of human life was taught.
In Shikshan Sanstha, training in arts and skills for earning wealth
and property was provided. In Vidyapeeth, research and inventions in
various physical and spiritual subjects were carried out. Foreign invaders
destroyed India’s original education system and established a foreign education
system in the country.
At present, in India’s education system, instead of teaching culture,
civilization, and the existence of human life in schools, this knowledge has
been removed from schools altogether. The main objective of a Vidyalaya
is to teach values and character, but in Indian schools students are being
taught only general knowledge, which is turning them into educated yet
uncultured individuals. In India’s training institutions, instead of teaching
the arts and skills required to earn wealth and property, various subjects of
general knowledge such as economics, physical science, biological science,
history, geography, etc., are taught together, depriving students of practical
arts and skills.
In Indian universities, the ideologies of foreign authors in economics,
philosophy, sociology, politics, and physical science are being taught. This is
making Indians incapable of earning wealth properly. Instead of modifying
studies through research or self-reflection and answering examinations with
one’s own understanding, examinations are based on the definitions written by
authors in books. Anyone who does not write the definitions exactly as written
in the books, and instead writes according to their own thinking and
understanding, is declared unqualified. Students have been deprived of the
right to think independently. Because of this, students are not studying to
understand subjects but are memorizing the words of other authors in order to obtain
higher marks. In ancient India, every student had to write different answers in
examinations according to their own mind, which increased their ability to
think. But the present education system has destroyed the thinking ability of
students.
In India, education is being provided based on a person’s caste. I am a
follower of Lord Maitreya Buddha, and my mother is a Buddhist, but because I do
not have a Buddhist caste certificate, I did not receive free education in
college. Only those who have a Buddhist caste certificate are being given
educational benefits. The Indian Constitution has stigmatized Indians by
introducing caste-based discrimination in education.
Solution for the Education System – Vidyalaya, Shikshan Sanstha, and Vidyapeeth should all be kept as separate categories. In School (Vidyalaya), only religion, culture, civilization, and moral values should be taught. School education should be from class 1 to class 7. In Training Institutions (Shikshan Sanstha), all kinds of arts, skills, and general knowledge should be taught. Education in training institutions should be from class 8 to class 10. From class 11 to class 12, students should pursue a degree in a single subject in University (Vidyapeeth). No student in University should be required to study more than one subject, but all students should have the full right to learn multiple subjects if they wish. Any citizen of India should have the right to enroll in training institutions and universities at any age. When all citizens of the country are cultured and skilled in earning wealth, only then will the country develop. Therefore, all citizens of India should receive free education without discrimination of religion or caste.
4. Economy – The corruption in present-day India has crossed all
limits of human history and completely destroyed the economy. All industries
related to natural resources should only fall under the category of national
industries. Privatizing such national industries should be considered an act of
treason, yet in India, the privatization of national industries has been
carried out openly. As a result, industries from which 100% revenue should have
been received now generate less than 10% revenue due to privatization. To make
up for the remaining revenue, additional taxes are being collected from
citizens.
Only national institutions should have had the right to buy and sell shares
in the stock market. Instead, by copying foreign systems, private institutions
have been granted licenses to buy and sell shares. Various private institutions
mislead Indians and encourage them to invest in the stock market. Whether the
customer makes a profit or suffers a loss on each investment, these
institutions extract their commission from every investment amount. Due to
granting licenses to private institutions in the stock market, Indian citizens
are unnecessarily getting trapped in the stock market web and losing their
entire life savings.
By granting licenses to online gaming, online gambling, and online finance
in an inhumane manner, humanity is being defiled. Uncontrolled prices of
paintings and antique pieces are being ignored to conceal money laundering.
Agricultural product prices are being controlled, but industrial product prices
are not being controlled due to bribes from a few. Private hospital service
charges are also not being regulated.
In ancient India, national industries and private industries operated as two
distinct categories. Because of this, the nation received appropriate revenue,
and citizens were taxed at lower rates. Today, due to the privatization of
national industries, revenue has decreased, resulting in excessive taxes being
collected from citizens.
Banking is a national institution, and there should only be the country's
own banking system. However, foreign Britishers established the Reserve Bank of
India in India and began the privatization of the banking system. This was done
so that funds from India's government banks would continue to flow to private
banks through it. After India's independence, the Reserve Bank of India should
have been abolished and an Indian Central Bank should have been created, while
canceling the licenses of all private banks. Yet, even today, the Reserve Bank
of India—the symbol of foreign invaders' conspiracy—still exists. Even now, the
Reserve Bank of India weakens the Indian economy by channeling money from
government banks to private banks.
Private entrepreneurs receive loans from government banks to purchase the
country's national industries. Using those very loans, they buy the nation's
industries, and all of this happens under the supervision of India's Reserve
Bank of India. When the government needs money, it claims to sell national
assets. At the same time, it provides loans from its own banks to those who are
to buy the national assets, thereby selling its own property. Such treasonous behavior
is happening in full view of the entire Indian public, yet no case of treason
has been filed against any private entrepreneur or leader. In other words,
throughout in human history, there has never been a practice where a government
provides a loan to a buyer through its own bank to purchase property within its
own country.
Before the arrival of foreign invaders in India, the fundamental mentality
of all Indians was agriculture, trade, and art—which is why India was called
the "golden bird." Every Indian citizen earned wealth through
agriculture, trade, or art; no one did jobs. Servants were obtained by
enslaving people or by purchasing slaves. Anyone who performed a job did so
with the aim of acquiring knowledge and art. Foreign invaders instilled the mentality
of doing jobs in Indians to enslave them. Today, Indians are performing slavery
for 12–15 thousand rupees per month, working 9–10 hours daily. I have myself
experienced this slavery of Indians by working in more than 10 different
fields. The number of people doing jobs in India today is the highest in human
history; this never existed before. The original nature of Indians—agriculture,
trade, and art—has now been lost in the current Indian civilization.
Economic Solutions – All industries related to natural resources
should be declared national industries. A list of national industries should be
prepared and issued, stating that no form of privatization will be allowed in
any national industry. Anyone who proposes the privatization of a national
industry should be declared a traitor. Agricultural production prices,
industrial production prices, and all types of service charges should be
regulated. Marketing and brokerage should also be controlled. Banking is a
national institution; India should have only government banks. Stock market
control should be placed under a national institution; private institutions
should not be granted licenses in the stock market. Fake companies and fake
institutions should be identified and destroyed. Strict action should be taken
against those engaged in fake and fabricated trade. To restore Indians to their
original nature of agriculture, trade, and art, free training in agriculture,
trade, and art should be provided, and Indians should be encouraged to engage
in trade instead of jobs.
5. Waste Disposal – In India, the waste
generated after religious rituals is openly thrown into rivers and drains.
Religious leaders have explained to Indians that throwing the waste of
religious rituals only into rivers and drains is a virtuous act, whereas
throwing such waste into rivers and drains is actually a sin. In ancient India,
the waste from religious rituals was destroyed only by putting it into a fire
pit (agnikund). After foreign invaders came to India and restrictions
were imposed on fire pits, Indian religious leaders created the practice of
throwing the waste into rivers.
The Government of India, instead of destroying waste by burning it,
accumulates it at places that contaminate the entire surrounding area. The
garbage taken out of rivers is placed on the riverbanks, and with a single
rainfall all that waste flows back into the rivers and drains. Then national
wealth is looted again in the name of cleaning the same rivers.
Industrial chemical wastewater is being released directly into rivers
without filtration. The rivers in cities have been turned into drains. Slums
have been built along the banks of the rivers flowing through cities, and the
slum dwellers throw garbage into the rivers. The government is not taking any
legal action against anyone. Ministers of the Government of India continue to
receive funds every year in the name of river cleaning, and therefore they
themselves do not carry out proper waste disposal. In the entire history of
humanity, there has never been as much garbage in rivers and drains as there is
in India today.
Waste Disposal Solution – Many fire pits (agnikunds)
should be constructed in nearby temple premises to destroy the waste generated
from religious rituals. Industrial companies that cannot filter their chemical
wastewater should be shut down. Waste should be recycled daily or destroyed by
burning. Human excreta and other organic waste should be converted into gas
through chemical processes. Strict legal action should be taken against anyone
who throws garbage or industrial wastewater into rivers and drains.
6. Development Commission – After India changed
from a monarchical nation to a democratic nation, every person involved in the
transport department of the Development Commission has been stained by
corruption. The transport department of India’s national commission has proven
that in a monarchical nation only the king loots 10% of the country’s wealth
and uses the remaining 90% for the development of the nation, but in a
democratic nation ministers, officials, police, judges, workers, brokers,
contractors, and others together loot 90% of the wealth and use only 10% for
the development of the nation. All departments of India’s Development
Commission are affected by corruption, but the transport department has the
highest level of corruption.
When the monarchical rule of Chhatrapati
Shivaji Maharaj existed, or when the British monarchical rule
existed, the funds meant for national development were spent honestly on
national development. Because of this, the bridges built in those times still
stand today. However, in the present democratic rule of India, the limits of
corruption have been completely crossed; therefore some bridges collapse even
before their inauguration, national highways are washed away after a single
rain, and potholes begin to appear on roads within a week of construction.
Ancient India was a monarchical nation in which the person who possessed
merit became the king, and the king never committed even a one-rupee scam in
the development of the country. This is because committing even a one-rupee
scam in the development of the country makes a person a traitor. A traitor is
not only someone who harms their country by helping an enemy nation. Anyone who
loots the wealth of their own country and commits corruption in national
development is also a traitor. Every citizen born in democratic India is a fake
Indian. India’s real identity is that of a monarchical nation.
Democracy has destroyed India’s original civilization and has left only a
nominal India. Democracy is a part of a foreign system that has erased India’s
original existence. In a monarchy there is one king who works for the
development of the entire nation. If the king is wrong, the authority to remove
the king lies with the Rajguru. The Rajguru is called the Chief Advisor. In any
monarchical nation, if for any reason the king makes mistakes or is not capable
of developing the country, the Chief Advisor of that nation can select a new
king.
In present-day democratic India, both the ruling party and the opposition
possess certain powers. Because of this, the ruling side does not take proper
action against a corrupt opposition leader, since after a change of power the
ruling side can become the opposition and the opposition can become the ruling
side. Therefore all leaders share corruption among themselves, and when the public
raises its voice, legal action is taken against the public itself. Today every
Indian says that if leaders are committing corruption worth crores, why should
we not do the same? We will also commit corruption. This mentality is produced
by the democratic system.
Development Commission Solution – Until India once again
becomes a monarchical nation, India cannot regain its original existence and
corruption in the Development Commission cannot be stopped. This is because in
a democracy both those who make the rules and those who break the rules are the
ruling leaders and the officials and judges working under them. Only a
monarchical constitution can restore India’s original existence and eliminate
corruption from all national departments, thereby awakening humanity and
patriotism in India.
7. Culture – Culture is the identity of a
civilization, but India has forgotten its culture. The culture that should have
been taught in schools has instead been declared a crime to teach. Article 28
of the Indian Constitution is proof of this. Articles 29 and 30 state that the
original Hindu culture and Sanatan Dharma of India will not be taught in Indian
schools, but they give full rights to teach foreign culture in their own
institutions. Instead of opposing this, Indians have accepted it. Because Hindu
culture is not taught in schools, misunderstandings and misinformation related
to religion and culture have increased in India. Indians follow Hindu culture,
but they do not know the difference between Sanatan Dharma and Hindu culture.
In the Indian Constitution, minorities have a constitutional right to
preserve their culture—but the majority Hindus do not. This clearly shows that
the caste-based Constitution of India was created with the objective of erasing
Hindu culture and thereby erasing India’s existence. The Indian Constitution is
the only constitution in the world that restricts teaching the culture of its
own country in schools—something that has never happened in human history.
Diwali and Holi are festivals celebrated to mark astronomical events.
However, leftists and non-believers spread misinformation about these
festivals, and Hindus do not have sufficient knowledge to stop it. SC, ST, OBC,
General, etc., were not castes of Hindu culture. Foreign invaders divided Indian
Hindus by giving them caste certificates, and because Indians did not know the
roots of their culture, they accepted that they were not Hindus but members of
particular castes. Someone who had never seen or worked with leather was given
a certificate of the Chamar caste, and therefore began to call himself not a
Hindu but a Chamar. Someone who had never washed his own clothes and had lived
his entire life like a king was given a certificate of the Dhobi caste, and
therefore began to call himself not a Hindu but a Dhobi. Someone who had never
farmed, had spent his entire life in the city, and had never stepped into a
field was given a certificate of the Kunbi caste, and therefore began to call
himself not a Hindu but a Kunbi.
Indians began to identify each other based on caste certificates, even
though those certificates had no real connection to them. In human history, it
has never happened that people do not know their own culture, as is happening
today. The present Indian civilization has taken culture away from Indians, and
no Indian has sufficient knowledge of their own culture.
Cultural Solution – Schools in India should teach the
different cultures and civilizations of India. Throughout the world, the
primary cause of the end of many civilizations has been the destruction of
their culture. Even today, some communities in India have preserved Hindu
culture, which is why Indian civilization is still alive. To not only keep the
civilization alive but also make it prosperous, Indian culture should be taught
in all schools in India.
8. Health – In India, students should have been
educated for free in medical colleges so that the number of doctors in the
country would be higher and medical treatment would be affordable. However,
medical colleges charge fees of lakhs of rupees. When a student becomes a
doctor after spending lakhs of rupees on education, the first thing they think
about is recovering the money spent on their studies.
Because there is no government control over medical bills in private
hospitals, bills that should be a maximum of five thousand rupees are being
charged as fifty thousand rupees. Fake medicines are being manufactured.
Medicines that cannot cure cancer or other diseases are still being given to
patients, making them even more ill.
In agriculture, the use of urea and other chemical fertilizers, along with
chemical spraying on fruits and vegetables, is putting the health of Indians at
risk. Every day, fake medicines and fake food products are being produced.
Criminals are being caught, but due to the lack of strict action and strong
laws, authorities are not able to successfully stop the production of fake food
products. The health of Indians is deteriorating. Today, serious diseases such
as fatty liver and diabetes have become common in India.
The work of the health department should focus on prevention first and
treatment later, but no significant work toward prevention is visible. Chemical
farming and chemical medicines have weakened the health of India. In ancient
India, diseases were cured through food and medicine, but in present-day India
there are more cases where food and medicine are increasing illnesses.
Health Solutions – Chemical farming should be stopped and
replaced with organic farming. Criminals involved in producing fake medicines
and fake food products should face imprisonment along with their entire family.
Based on India’s population, the Government of India should establish thousands
of medical colleges and make medical education free. The Government of India
should also establish Ayurvedic medical centers and introduce reforms in
Ayurvedic medicine.
Conclusion
By pointing out the flaws in all eight
elements of present-day India’s civilization, I am not criticizing India’s
civilization. Rather, by writing the solutions for all eight elements, I am
expressing my objective of making India the best civilization in the world.
Civilization does not change by the will of a single person, but if every
individual dreams and intends to make the civilization of their country more
advanced, then one day that country’s civilization does become advanced.
At present, the poor condition of India’s civilization may not be in your hands, but making India’s civilization more advanced can be taken into your own hands. By writing this post, I have expressed my dream of improving India’s civilization; you should also contribute to making India’s civilization better. If you believe that the current civilization of India is already perfect and that no change is needed, then believe it or not, you are no longer an Indian.
